Free mehndi and jhumka-making classes create opportunities to learn traditional skills with entrepreneurial value.
2016–2017
Learning and teaching
After attending tailoring training in Kluang, she teaches tailoring in Tampoi and expands entrepreneurship and SSM guidance.
2018–2019
Young people and entrepreneurs
Free art classes are introduced, annual trophy support begins for SJKT Pasir Gudang students, and a free online business class is held in December 2019.
2020
Certification and direct support
A mehndi certificate programme is organised, and her NGO assists a single mother in purchasing a car for greater independence.
2022–2023
RD Esha takes shape
RD Esha is founded in 2022 and its shop opens in 2023, growing through quality, reputation and customer trust.
2023–2024
Culture, giving and community
Support includes Tirumurai festivals, cultural programmes, Deepavali initiatives, children’s celebrations, local families and a major joint temple donation.
